Polarium signs its first Power Skid installation with Kenter in the Netherlands to support sustainable tulip farming

Polarium, a leading provider of energy storage solutions, is proud to announce its first order from Kenter, a prominent player in the Dutch energy sector. Kenter, known for manufacturing and installing transformer substations, is also a proactive system integrator of sustainable energy solutions, including energy storage systems, solar panels, and EV-charging infrastructure. This collaboration with Kenter as a preferred supplier marks a milestone for Polarium, expanding its presence in the Dutch market.

Kenter has ordered a fully loaded 600kVA/1120kWh Power Skid, which will be utilized by an end customer who specializes in preparing and trading tulip bulbs. Kenter provides environmentally conscious solutions that contribute to energy reliability and sustainable progress of companies and institutions in the Netherlands, thereby contributing to the sustainability of the tulip farming industry.

The Power Skid, based on the Polarium Battery Energy Optimization System (BESS) and is crafted on a robust steel frame, housed within a standard ISO 20-foot container footprint. This design ensures maximum efficiency, significantly reducing installation time and costs. Pre-wired and pre-configured, the system minimizes onsite coordination and installation, providing a straightforward setup process.
