Our team of telecom battery experts went to Ghana to train an enthusiastic group of more than fifty people on site.
Our mission to support our customers in their learning journey took us to beautiful Ghana. Trainers Britt Rothman and Jesper Björkén from Polarium travelled 9,300 kilometres south from the head office in Stockholm, to the capital of Ghana, Accra, to train a group of more than fifty telecom battery installation professionals employed by one of our largest customers. The course covered battery theory, installation techniques and product training. In a mix of traditional classroom lessons and hands-on training at the telecom site, the course had a straight-forward learning-by-doing approach with useful tips and tricks that will speed up efficiency. At the end of the course, there was an exam. The participants now have new tools to meet the challenges in their daily work. The course was a big success and was very appreciated.
Polarium’s focused strategy to serve the telecom industry with the best fitted telecom power back up solutions also includes training as a service. We are the experts in this area, and we want to share our knowledge as a way of contributing to our customers success.
