A message Re COVID-19

We would like to express our appreciation to our customers and partners for our long-term relationship and continued business during this period. Our thoughts are with the people and communities affected, we appreciate the frontline healthcare workers, governments and supporting authorities working to contain COVID-19.

Whilst we have maintained committed product delivery schedules throughout Q1 2020, with these unique circumstances, we consider there is risk of increased product delivery lead time in the future with consideration for all factors. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely following our business continuity management processes including continuous risk mitigation procedures.

Travel and 3rd party physical meeting restrictions, personnel hygiene and prevention guidelines are in place with response plans active across all Polarium operations. Our supply chains are intact and are monitored closely with risk distributed as is possible. In our manufacturing operations, we have implemented isolated production shifts and where is feasible, working from home office has been adopted.
