Polarium appoints Juha Konu as Executive Vice President, Product Management

Polarium, a leading developer of smart battery management and storage solutions, today announced the appointment of Juha Konu as Executive Vice President, Product Management. In this role, Konu will lead global product management and portfolio management, and roadmap execution across hardware, software, and digital services.

Konu is an accomplished product executive with extensive experience spanning energy storage, telecommunications, and software-led platforms. His background covers end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, platform and ecosystem development, go-to-market strategy, and data-driven product optimization. He has led cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, and commercial functions, delivering products at global scale with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and customer outcomes.
