Polarium appoints Jan Roschek as Managing Director, Germany

Polarium, a leading developer of intelligent energy storage and battery management solutions, today announced the appointment of Jan Roschek as Managing Director for Germany. In this role, Roschek will lead Polarium’s operations across the German market, driving growth across all business areas and strengthening the company’s presence in one of Europe’s most important energy markets.

Jan Roschek brings extensive leadership experience from the energy and technology sectors, with a strong track record of scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Enphase Energy and GreenCom Networks, following earlier executive positions at Stanley Black & Decker and Cisco Systems, where he was part of the Executive Board in Central Europe and EMEA. He also founded Jan Roschek Consulting Group, focused on digital innovation and business transformation. At Polarium, Jan Roschek will be responsible for expanding commercial operations, developing strategic partnerships, and accelerating the adoption of smart energy solutions for businesses, organizations, and households.
