Leif Ottosson Appointed New CEO of Polarium

Clas Gunneberg has stabilized Polarium, strengthening its financial standing, securing additional investments, and refining its operating model. These efforts have laid a solid foundation for future growth across Polarium’s three business areas—Telecom, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Residential.

As the company moves into its next phase, leadership has transitioned from Clas Gunneberg to Leif Ottosson.

Over the past four months, Leif has worked closely with Polarium’s leadership team, focusing on the company’s supply chain and manufacturing operations. Now stepping into the CEO role, he brings a clear vision for driving growth and continued innovation.

Leif Ottosson has extensive leadership experience in the power management, industrial, and technology sectors. He previously served as CEO of Cobham Satcom and Navico Group. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Finance and Mathematics from Northern Arizona University.
