Jonas Bengtsson Joins Polarium as Head of Corporate Affairs

Jonas Bengtsson brings more than 20 years of experience of working in global organizations with complex issues related to compliance, capital markets, shifting business models, regulation changes and strategic stakeholder management on all levels. His experience also includes leading several legal teams delivering sufficient and efficient corporate governance at Tele2 and Telenor.

Prior to joining Polarium, Jonas Bengtsson was the Head of Corporate Affairs and General Counsel at Telia Company where he was responsible for the telecom giant’s legal and regulatory teams. In addition, he has been in charge of the M&A department at Telia Company, overseeing its M&A-transactions.
Jonas Bengtsson will be part of Polarium’s management team and lead matters relating to corporate governance, such as compliance, negotiations, stakeholder management, strategic communication, risk management and other legal issues at Polarium. He will assume the role of Head of Corporate Affairs during the year.
