John Peter Leesi joins Polarium’s Board of Directors
1st October, 2024Polarium, a leader in energy storage solutions, is excited to announce the appointment of John Peter Leesi to its Board of Directors.
John Peter Leesi, currently CEO of Purmo Group, brings extensive experience in the climate solutions sector. Since July 2020, he has steered Purmo Group to new heights in enhancing energy efficiency for homes and buildings worldwide. John Peter previously served on Polarium’s board from 2018 to 2021, and we are thrilled to welcome him back.
John Peter’s extensive experience includes his previous roles as CEO and Chairman of Munters and Chairman of the Board of Luvata. He also led Outokumpu Copper Products through its rebranding and transformation into Luvata. Additionally, John Peter has a strong background in finance and international business strategy, having served as Corporate Vice President of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications and CFO during Ericsson Consumer Products’ recovery.
Following the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting, Polarium’s Board of Directors is now composed of leaders with extensive experience and expertise to support the company towards growth and profitability. The board consists of: Harald Mix (Chairman), Stefan Jansson, Kent Sander, Joakim S Johansen and John Peter Leesi.
