In the Customer Portal, you can raise a case related to support requests, service requests, and order complaints to Technical Support.

As a Polarium HomeBattery or Homevolt owner, you benefit from dedicated user support designed to ensure a seamless experience throughout your product’s lifecycle.

For any questions, technical support, or service needs, please reach out directly to the retailer or installer from whom you purchased your battery system.

Create an account

If this is the first time visiting the customer portal and you don’t have username or password:

Navigate to customer portal by entering the following URL in your web browser: https://portal.polarium.com

To sign up for a new account click on “Not a member”. Fill in all the mandatory fields and press the “Sign Up”.



Confirmation email

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email at the specified address. Go to your email inbox and find the confirmation email sent from Polarium noreply@polarium.com. Please note that there may be a waiting period before the access email is sent, as the assignment is done manually to verify each user.

In the confirmation email, follow the link to complete your account registration by clicking “Sign up”. You will be directed to the customer portal, where you will need to choose a password.

You are now signed in to our customer portal and can start using it.

Log in to customer portal with an existing account

If you already have an account on our customer portal, follow the steps below to log in:

Navigate to customer portal by entering the following URL in your web browser: https://portal.polarium.com

Enter your email address and password, then click “Log in”.

You are now signed in to the customer portal.
