Polarium is Nordic Scaleup of the Year 2022

On June 1^st, Polarium was announced Nordic Scaleup of the Year 2022 at an award ceremony in Stockholm, Sweden.

In May, Polarium became the latest Swedish unicorn when Swedish pension company AMF invested SEK 955 million on a USD 1 billion valuation. Earlier this year, the company was also recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe by the Financial Times’ FT1000 ranking for a second consecutive year. With the opening of a new factory in Cape Town, South Africa, in addition to their facilities in Mexico and Vietnam, the company further scaled up their production and global presence.

The Nordic Scaleup Award ceremony took place during the Nordic Scaleup Summit 2022 in Stockholm, Sweden on June 1^st. The Nordic Scaleup Award recognizes and celebrates high-growth companies and the entrepreneurs that run them, for all five Nordic countries. The winner was decided by a jury of experts and experienced entrepreneurs in the region.
